The IEEE Workshop on Computer-Aided Modeling,Analysis and Design of Communication Links and Networks is a unique forum for the presentation of recent advances in modeling and simulation of communications systems. The 7th workshop will be held on August 13th, 1998 in the city of São Paulo, Brazil during the 1998 SBT/IEEE International Telecommunications Symposium (ITS'98).

The workshop is technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Technical Committee on Communications Systems Integration and Modeling and by the Institute of Computing of the State University of Campinas, Brazil.

Instructions for Authors Manuscripts should be in English and should be accompanied by a cover letter with name, affiliation, complete return address, telephone, FAX numbers and e-mail of the corresponding author. Papers should be on letter-size (8 1/2'' x 11'') white papers in two-column single-space format with top-margin of 1/2'', left and right margins of 1/2'' and a bottom margin of 1'', space between columns should be at least 1/4'' and font sizes should be not smaller than 10pt. You may also submit your manuscript on A4 paper. Please, keep text within the same margins. Paper length should not exceed 8 pages. Send 4 copies of your manuscript to:
